A large tablet or monitor may produce the best effect, but try different distances on any device

A device with good brightness and saturated blue and red colors works best

If you wear reading glasses, the effect may not be as pronounced if you need to be close to the screen

If you are not very sensitive to blue or red light, the effect may also be diminished
